Platform economy is a new form of employment, more workers are increasingly employed in this sector while employment relationship is not clear. Workers in this platform are identified as freelance or informal workers and not covered by social protection. This paper presented few case studies in Thailand: Uber, Airbnb and BeNeat. The findings of this preliminary study are useful for further discussion/action on how to improve decent work of workers working in this platform.
