The publication is the translation into Arabic of a publication originally published in Hebrew in December 2015. The residential housing issue is uppermost on the Arab community's agenda. It has unique features in the context of the Arab community, in addition to its universal aspects. This research examined current changes and trends occurring in the housing market among the Arab community. The changes in living patterns have been mapped, the obstructions have been identified and the demands and needs were evaluated. The possible solutions proposed by public representatives were raised in order to cement the guidelines for and alleviate the housing crisis, as well as temper the existing distress.
