With this publication, the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung and the Solidarity Society Foundation aim at analysing digitalization issues and come up with proposals to meeit the new challenges. Digital technologies lead to a reorganization in all sectors of the economy, as well as in the whole society. It is necessary to develop a National Strategy for the development of the country, including the use of benefits and limiting the potential negatives of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Improvement of the system for determining the needs of personnel for the economy and administration and adapting systems for secondary and higher education under the new conditions should be essential to the strategy.
