The study examines the impact of this lingering crisis on relations between Belarus and the three Baltic states - Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Along with the analysis of latest trends in political, economic and people-to-people contacts between Belarus and the Baltic states, the report offers scenario-based forecasts for the development of these relations depending on the dynamics of the internal political crisis in Belarus and the transformation of Belarus - Russia integration. The report also contains a set of recommendations to Baltic and European officials to facilitate a constructive resolution of the Belarusian crisis.
