Abstract
The European Green Deal is the European Union's most ambitious and comprehensive climate program to date. But so far it has been completely gender-blind. This is problematic because gender-blind measures run the risk of perpetuating or even exacerbating gender inequalities and discrimination. This policy paper examines the proposed climate policies of the European Green Deal from a feminist perspective. It focusses on policy recommendations for a gender just implementation of the EGD in the sectors with the highest emissions - mobility, energy and agriculture.
