The Armenian Constitution has undergone considerable amendment since its entry into force in 1995. The new amendments from 2015 envisage numerous normative changes in key sectors, such as human rights. Within the FES project on guarantees of social rights, civil society stakeholders identified legal loopholes in the protection guarantees of social rights. These legal recommendations were presented to respective target groups such as the National Assembly, the Government, the Ministry of Justice, and civil society representatives.
