Protocols Introduction Let me join in welcoming you to this all-important workshop on the Security Challenges of Election Management, which is conceived as a platform for reviewing the security challenges faced by the Independent National Electoral Commission in the conduct of elections so as to distil key lessons from these experiences as we prepare for the 2015 General Elections.
