Note on Authors Lilian Mahiri Zaja She is the Vice-Chairperson of the Independent Electoral and Boundary Commission of Kenya. Eze Onyekpere Esq. Mr. Onyekpere is the Executive Director of Centre for Social Justice(CSJ). He is a constitutional lawyer as well as a fiscal governance expert. Abdulhamid Buba He was a director in charge of security in INEC until his recent appointment as an administrative secretary of INEC in Gombe State. Thomas Mättig Holds a master's degree and was until recently, the resident representative of the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung in Nigeria. Col. M.K. Hammanga Retired from the military in 2007. A fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Architect, he was appointed as a National Commissioner with the Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC) in 2010. He is the chairman of the logistics and transport committee of the commission. 'Lai Olurode Ph.D is a professor of Sociology at the University of Lagos.
