Linda Darkwa Linda Darkwa is a Research Fellow at the Legon Centre for International Affairs. She holds an BA and MA in International Affairs from the University of Ghana, an LLM in International Human Rights Law from the University of Nottingham and a PhD from the Scuola Superiore Santana, Pisa. Her research interests are in the areas of peace and security in international relations with a particular focus on the implications of global security paradigms on local processes of governance, development and security.
