At the focus of his work are international relations and policy analysis and development. Krenar Shala is a research assistant at the KIPRED (Institute). Krenar has a various experience with his work in civil society and business sector. He was part of GAP a research think-tank(20092012). Separately from Civil society work, he has also worked as a researcher at MDA, local consultancy company. He has complete Bachelor studies in American University(2005-2009). He is completing his master studies for International Relations. He has completed several academic programs offered by American University in Kosovo, Prishtina School for Political Studies, etc. Marko Prelec is Crisis Group's Senior Analyst in Bosnia and Herzegovina. He graduated with a degree in history from Harvard College, and received a Ph.D. in modern Yugoslav history at Yale University in 1997. In 1998 and 1999 he taught history at the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. From 1999 to 2005, he was a Research Ofcer in the Ofce of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, where he worked on cases throughout the former Yugoslavia. In 2005, he established the Research and Analysis Section of the Prosecutor's Ofce of Bosnia and Herzegovina and served as its leader, supervising research into crimes committed against each of the communities in Bosnia and Herzegovina. He is uent in English and Serbo-Croatian, and conversational in French. BrigGen MMag. Wolfgang Peischel nished Military Academy in Vienna in 1985 and continued his education at National Defense Academy in the same city. At the same time he started his Political Science studies at University of Vienna, which he nished in 1997 with a Master's Degree. Peischel served in the Department of Military Strategy in the Austrian Ministry of Defense from 1994 to 1999 and was Director of Force Planning in the General Staff of the Austrian Armed Forces for seven years until 2008. Since 2009 Wolfgang Peischel is Editor in Chief of Austrian Military Journal (Österreichische Militärische Zeitung). Besides he lectures at the Univeristy of Applied Sciences in Wiener Neustadt about theory and doctrine of the concept of leadership. Peischel is also the author of several articles about the topics of security, leadership and military.
