The report should define the impact and pro­pose a series of recommendation to avoid the repetition of this cycle. à Despite the difficulties, this extraju­dicial instance has listened, till Octo­ber, to 27.006 people and received 922 reports of victims, organisations of the civil society and official insti­tutions. à The publication of the report will face a complex reception, since it will expose the Colombian society to the reality the has been denied in a war with wounds that are still open.
