FRIEDRICH-EBERT-STIFTUNG – INCLUSIVE ENERGY TRANSITION IN SOUTHEAST EUROPE ALBANIA The stakeholders we contacted include different organisa­tions aiming to contribute to sustainable development and socio-environmental responsibility within the energy sector as well as empowering citizens and offering technical assis­tance to national and local authorities to support public par­ticipation and increase transparency in environmental deci­sion-making.
