Ò There is no consensus among experts on the optimal model of coexistence between Ukraine and Russia, but there is a shared vision of areas of interaction that are the most and the least risky for bilateral relations. Ò According to the surveyed experts, the U.S. and the EU are the external players that have the best opportunities to con­tribute to the settlement of the conflict between Ukraine and Russia. 1
