A N A LY S I S DEMOCRACY AND HUMAN RIGHTS SEXUAL HARASSMENT IN THE WORKPLACE HUNGARY The research focuses speci­fically on sexual harassment as one of the unwanted, transgressive behaviours and attitudes in the workplace. Data collection method: 38-question online question­naire, six in-depth interviews and one round table discussi­on. Sample: 759 questionnai­res completed online; 64.38% of respondents were women and 34.01% were men. Andrea Sebestyén November 2024 The sample shows that the most common forms of sexu­al harassment in the workp­lace are: unwanted, embar­rassing stares and fixations; sexist jokes and sexual com­ments; and unwanted physi­cal proximity and touching.
