A N A LY S I S DEMOCRACY AND HUMAN RIGHTS SEXUAL HARASSMENT IN THE WORKPLACE HUNGARY The research focuses specifically on sexual harassment as one of the unwanted, transgressive behaviours and attitudes in the workplace. Data collection method: 38-question online questionnaire, six in-depth interviews and one round table discussion. Sample: 759 questionnaires completed online; 64.38% of respondents were women and 34.01% were men. Andrea Sebestyén November 2024 The sample shows that the most common forms of sexual harassment in the workplace are: unwanted, embarrassing stares and fixations; sexist jokes and sexual comments; and unwanted physical proximity and touching.
