Key findings: Individuals with higher edu­cation, economic stability, political interest, and ties to political parties or trade unions are more likely to vote. The lowest turnout is found among the unemployed, young people, and those who lack trust in democracy. Recommended actions: Strengthen civic education, invest in inclusive schooling, regulate debt enforcement, restore trust in public services, and support the legitimacy of trade unions as democratic actors.
