The same thing is true of the right to participate in management/freedom of expression which approximates to the right to organize and collective bargaining(a fundamental right declared by the ILO) and may impact positively on accessing economic benefits at work. Responses across the sectors reveal a similar trend. It is only in the oil and gas sector that the right to associate ranks second. It ranks third in telecommunication and fourth in banking. The responses(as individually identified) are indicated in tables 9a& b below.
