A N A LY S I S PEACE AND SECURITY EU-TURKEY RELATIONS AND THE MIGRATION CHALLENGE: WHAT IS THE WAY FORWARD? This analysis examines the conditions that need to be fulfilled and the rationale that should be adopted by the EU to revitalize the bilateral relationship, using as its main vehicle the potential upgrade of the EU-Turkey Customs Union.
