- The Issam Fares Institute for Public Policy & International Affairs (IFI) at the American University of Beirut and the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (FES) MENA Peace and Security Project held the second edition of the Beirut Security Debates (BSD) on February 2, 2024, at IFI.
