Referring to the documentary “Screams Before Silence” by Sheryl Sandberg, the article classifies the excessive atrocities committed during the terror attack on October 7th, 2023 as the weaponization of individuals, especially women, through acts of sexual violence. It argues that in legal terms the doctrine of joint responsibility has to apply.
