This strategy paper is based on a comprehensive baseline paper on the status of gender-responsive budgeting (GRB) in Nepal. It provides a basis for discussions of practical strategies. It is intended to stimulate a reform process on strengthening the current GRB system in Nepal. The paper provides key recommendations to engage government officials, parliamentarians and development partners for strengthening gender justice in Nepal.
