The objective of this study was to provide a diagnosis of the trade union situation and the prevailing working conditions in the five selected German companies and their suppliers in Mexico, analyzing a total of 41 factories. The diagnosis is in the context of the law on corporate due diligence to prevent human rights violations in supply chains and the general situation of the automotive and auto parts industry in Mexico.
