The publication on “Industry-Academia Collaboration for Entrepreneurship Development in Bangladesh” highlights the critical role of innovation, workforce development, and economic growth. Despite some existing partnerships, a significant disconnect between academia and industry continues to hinder progress, resulting in skills gaps and untapped potential. This study delves into the current state of collaboration, uncovers policy gaps, and offers recommendations to better align education with industry demands. Strengthening ties between universities and industries is key to closing the skills gap, boosting research, and preparing a workforce ready for the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR), thereby ensuring sustainable economic growth in Bangladesh’s future.
