Our publication takes stock of the state as a service provider. It shows which public services Hungarians are satisfied with and which ones they are less satisfied with. It takes a detailed look at what Hungarians consider to be the most pressing problems in four priority areas – social safety net, transport, health, education – and the level of public support for the reform proposals that frequently emerge.
