Abstract
- Armenia and Georgia, two South Caucasian countries, are paving the way toward low-carbon electricity. Regional cooperation is key to strengthening energy security, integrating renewables, and aligning with EU climate goals. This study explores their electricity systems, cross-border infrastructure, and policy frameworks, highlighting challenges to market integration and offering practical recommendations to build a resilient, interconnected, and sustainable energy network.
