The OSCE Ministerial Council is a critical juncture for the Organisation. The deep crisis of European Security has reduced the possibility to apply the conflict toolbox of the OSCE. The upcoming Ministerial Council on Skopje will be decisive for how the OSCE is lead in 2024, the long-term perspective of the organisation, and its role in rebuilding a stable European Security order.
