The guiding principles of the international trade union work of the DGB, which have been pursued since 2014, were once again specified and codified at the 2022 congress in four detailed lead motions. The main motion was titled "Standing together in solidarity: For a social Europe as a motor for fair globalization". It was further supported in terms of content in the following lead motions on "Strengthening social rights in Europe", "For a Europe of the future - social, democratic and fair!" and "Shaping globalization in a humane and fair way". The publication summarizes the lead motions in an understandable language and is intended to serve as a reference for all European and international partners and the interested public.
