Zusammenfassung

The research aims to identify longer-term wage trends and the role of trade unions in Hungary. The impact of labour shortages, migration, government policies and trade unions’ collective bargaining on wage increases in Hungary is evaluated. The study offers insights to restore reputation, engage employees, and increase the influence of trade unions in Hungary.
