The research aims to identify longer-term wage trends and the role of trade unions in Hungary. The impact of labour shortages, migration, government policies and trade unions� collective bargaining on wage increases in Hungary is evaluated. The study offers insights to restore reputation, engage employees, and increase the influence of trade unions in Hungary.
