This socio-anthropological study aims to explore the new and complex phenomenon of food delivery in depth, by focusing on the city of Tunisia, where the number of meal deliverers has increased and their presence in recent years have been clearly observed. The goal is to understand how the informal and formal sectors intersect in this activity, and how challenging circumstances and success stories converge in this emerging field.
