  • This qualitative study explores the negative impacts of the Covid 19 pandemic on informal economy workers in six districts of Zambia and develops recommendations to mitigate it. To improve the current situation of informal workers and also protect them against future shocks, the provision of economic, health and old age social protection are considered most effective.
