  • For the purpose of following the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights in practice and guaranteeing effective remedy against labour rights violation, the German government developed a Nation Action Plan (NAP) on Business and Human Rights in an intensive consultation process between 2014 and 2016 led by the Federal Foreign Office. In December 2016 the German Federal Government published the NAP. This is an unofficial translation of the German NAP into Korean language.
