For the purpose of strengthening the provisions of the sustainable development chapter, the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung Korea contracted three Korean legal experts to draft a proposal for revised chapter base on the recent evaluation of the implementation of the EU-Korea FTA. This paper is the result of the above mentioned project both in English and Korean language.
