TIn Bulgaria, about 400 000 Bulgarians are currently working on night shifts. Expert analysis argues that night work poses a threat to the health and social life of workers. In addition, in the last 10 years, the night work in Bulgaria is additionally paid only 25 stotinki (Bulgarian measure for cents - 25 stotinki is around 12 cents EUR) per hour, which is extremely low compared to the payment in all other European countries.
