Zusammenfassung
The broadcasting network service provider or the so-called multiplex service operators is a complex issue that goes hand in hand with the commercial digital terrestrial TV. The pricing plans for network leasing fees for both standard and high-definition services will be proposed by the network providers to the NBTC's office by mid-September 2013. This article therefore gives an overview of the NBTC regulatory requirement for the build-up of infrastructure; and sheds a light on challenges of its process.
