The smooth transfer of power to the opposition in Georgia following parliamentary election of October 2012 was an unexpected and pleasant development for both Georgian society and its Western partners. The internal and outside view of the current political situation in Georgia however are very diverse and reflect the alternative information disseminated by the former and current governments. The articles of this collection offer reflections on a variety of policy fields and the development between parliamentary election of October 2012 and the presidential election of October 2013.
