The paper dicusses strategies of building resilience and reducing bulnerabilities to climate change in Ghana which needs to be implemented by policy- and decision-makers in order to find ways of ensuring food security in the country. Without a consistent and overall strategy to fight food insecurity, Ghana may face severe problems in future. The paper addresses the role of various stakeholders and recommends the collaboration in this matter in oder to achieve the best outcomes.
