Zusammenfassung
To overcome the transformation crisis, Thailand’s political, economic, social and cultural order needs to be adapted to cope with the complexity, diversity and permanent conflict of a pluralist society. Four inclusive compromises are needed to lay the foundations for the Good Society. Laying the political foundations means to deepen democracy. To lay the social foundation, all classes need to strike an inclusive social compromise. To lay the economic foundation, socially just, resilient and green dynamic growth is needed. To lay the normative foundation, the political culture needs to be democratized.
