Abstract

  • מחקר זה נועד לקדם את השיח בקרב הרשויות המאסדרות המופקדות על הטיפול במלחמה ב"הון השחור"" ובכלכלה הלא-מדווחת המכרסמת ביסודותיה של החברה הישראלית. הכלכלה השחורה פוגעת בצדק החלוקתי בין שכבות האוכלוסייה ומעצימה גורמים עברייניים בחברה המטילים מורא על ראשי החברה ועל רשויות האכיפה בישראל. כל אלה פוגעים בחוסנה של החברה ובאיתנותה.
