Abstract

  • The 1st edition of the Sahel-Sahara Dialogue, held from 4 to 5 December 2017 in Dakar with the participation of experts and representatives of civil society and international organizations of more than fifteen nationalities, sought to create a strategic dialogue between countries south of the Sahara and those of the North in order to strengthen collective security in the Sahelo-Saharan zone and in West Africa.
