Abstract
The Escazú Agreement establishes the minimum standards that the legislation of each member state must develop on instrumental rights, in other words, how to implement and operationalize the rights of access to information, participation, and justice in environmental matters for the protection of the right of each person (and future generations) to live in a healthy environment.
