SinDigital is a project designed to provide tools to strengthen trade union organizations as they face the �future of work�. For this report, a total of 27 organizations (5 federations and 22 trade unions) were surveyed. All together, these organizations represent approximately 1.3 million workers across different sectors. The survey focused on two dimensions: How technological processes, in particular digitization, affect employment, labour and conditions at the workplace. How digitization impacts trade union organizations with regard to their relationship with their members, shop stewards and trade union leaders, and to their member information management and storage systems and any associated security measures.
