Abstract
The authors of this paper argue that through supporting Social Protection Floors and initiatives, a global solidarity fund would have extremely positive effects for people living in vulnerable situations. The underlying study uses the examples of Nepal and Uganda to show how different simulated benefit packages can contribute to reducing poverty and inequality.
