  • In light of rising energy prices and the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the continental scramble for energy sovereignty away from Russian fossil fuel has started. In this context, nuclear energy is at the heart of the debates. However, this topic is very technical and political - making it difficult to grasp the big picture. This analysis aims to shine a light on the most important points in the evaluation of nuclear energy. We provide an overview of the main arguments in favor and against nuclear energy intended to fuel the debate.
