Abstract
The UK-EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement (TCA) contained enforceable commitments for governments to maintain a »Level Playing Field« on standards and rights. However, proposed government legislation and attacks on workers� rights threaten these commitments. The UK-EU Domestic Advisory Groups (DAG) offer a platform for trade unions and civil society to challenge these threats and to re-shape the TCA in future.
