The study seeks to examine women�s realities  of women�s participation in union work, and the most challenges associated with their participation in the decision-making process, in order to see how the law organized all aspects of this participation  recognize areas of discrimination, as well as propose recommendations necessary to secure that umbrella protection extends to women in the workplace and outside of it .
