This paper focuses on misinformation, hate, and radicalisation in relation to the online environment, with a particular focus on young people. It surveys the research that has been done on the problems that exist, and also takes a critical look at interventions that have been attempted in the interests of limiting the spread of misinformation, countering hatred between groups, and preventing people from being radicalised.
