Abstract
Die finnischen Gewerkschaftsbünde sind noch immer in einer starken Verhandlungsposition insbesondere bei sozialen Problemen. Tarifverträge sind in der Regel allgemein verbindlich. Von den Dachverbänden hat nur einer in letzter Zeit Zugewinne verzeichnen können, bei den beiden anderen stagniert die Mitgliedschaftsentwicklung oder geht sogar langsam zurück.
