The old industrialists, the unreconstructed newspaper editors, the men whowent along with Hitler , once more aremaking themselves heard. Germany isstill too weak to be a menace, but thepotentialities of German resources andGerman skill have been left undimin-ished by the war. Some people thinkthat we must get ready for a thirdround with Germany in the near future.We are not among them. Germany is nota threat to the peace of the world- atleast not now. And it quite possibly can'tbecome one again, if we are firm and real-istic in handling the German problem.
