About the authors Roxana Pencea has studied political science and international relations at Babeș-Bolyai University, and subsequently obtained a Master’s degree in social communication and public relations. Her empirical research has focused on the impact of social communication and citizen participation as a way to influence public policies. Tudor Brădățan has a degree in European affairs management, and also attended postgraduate studies in sociology, communication and marketing at Babeș-Bolyai University. He has expressed a long-term interest in researching and presenting the various issues of the Romanian civil society, with a focus on their power to influence social transformation, the public speech and citizen participation.
