Althoughsomearenotrelatedtospecific integrationagreements EuropeanCommunity EC projectsinareassuchas crossbordercooperationorwaterbasinnavigationalso meetthatobjective DevelopmentResearchersNetwork2005 basicpremise which willhelpregionalcooperationtoproducepositive resultsisthedegreeofintragroupcohesionandthecommitmentofLatin Americangovernmentsthemselvestoregionalintegrationanditsinstitutions.
