Againstthisbackground EU developmentcooperationoverthepastten yearshaschanged positively and significantlyto adaptitselftothe above requirements particularlyinitsstrategicorientationtowardsthe Millennium DevelopmentGoalsandpovertyreduction administrativereform planningand programming.Ithasalsoadaptedthethree Cs coordination complementarity andcoherence andtherationalisationofbudgetinstrumentsandlines.
